Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Atmos Mind Gym ("Atmos", "we", "us") is a mobile puzzle app operated by Metatheory Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app or this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, reach us at privacy@atmosgym.app.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details. If you create an account to sync across devices, we store your email address and an encrypted password (or the identifier from a sign-in provider like Apple or Google).
• Your display name, if you choose to set one.
• Support messages you send us, including your contact address and the contents of the message.

Information created as you play

• Progress data. Puzzles solved, current level per relation type, mastery state, streak count, and milestone history.
• Session data. How long a workout took and which answers were correct — used to adapt difficulty. We do not build advertising profiles from this.

Information collected automatically

• Device and diagnostic data, such as device model, OS version, app version, and anonymized crash logs, to keep the app stable.
• Basic analytics about which screens are used, in aggregate, to improve the workout.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Run your daily workout and adapt puzzle difficulty to your level.
• Sync your progress and streaks across your devices.
• Maintain streaks, award milestones, and send optional reminders (which you can turn off).
• Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
• Respond to your support requests.

4. Notifications

If you opt in, we send reminders to help keep your streak alive. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings or in the app. Turning them off does not affect your progress.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our servers, deliver notifications, and process crash reports, under contracts that limit them to those tasks.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
• A successor entity, if Atmos is involved in a merger or acquisition — you'll be notified before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

• Access and export. You can request a copy of your data.
• Correction. You can update your email or display name in the app.
• Deletion. You can delete your account and associated data from within the app or by emailing us.
• Opt out of reminders and optional analytics at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

Atmos is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and limit internal access to your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach affecting it as required by law.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If changes are material, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
